Yes. The security bag must always contain the account holder's information.

If there was an error in the settlement, for example the security bag number or settlement amount was wrong, you can edit the settlement by clicking on the settlement line and correcting the necessary points. Save the information with the Update button and print a new billing form. If you wish, you can delete the account completely with the Trash button and redo it completely.

Clear the history data and cookies of the browser. Then close the browser and open it again. Then log in again.

Your customer portal credentials are locked if the password or username is entered incorrectly several times. The password is locked for approx. 15 minutes, after which you can try again or order a new password via the Forgot my password link.

Our direct delivery customers can order deposit bags through our customer portal. Deposit bags are delivered with the Cash Transportation. Other customers can order deposit bags from the Loomis eStore online store at https://estore.loomis.fi/ .

Deposit bags ordered from the online store eStore are delivered by post.

Deposit slips can be purchased and ordered from the Loomis eStore online store at https://estore.loomis.fi/

The system automatically offers the next possible delivery date. If you need petty cash before then, contact our customer service and we can arrange an additional delivery day for a fee.

We do not perform cash on delivery on weekdays. If you need a cash on delivery visit on another day to replace the missed delivery, we will make them as separate orders for a fee. Please order your delivery well in advance! Thank you!

Change must always be ordered no later than two banking days before delivery by 12 noon. Please note the impact of holidays on your change order schedules.

Exchanges are delivered on the scheduled day of your normal cash transportation. Upcoming delivery dates are shown in the calendar view of the Customer Portal. You can place and modify the order until the order period expires. When the status of the order has changed to Processing, the order has also been registered in our systems.
